Leadership Team Brunch 1/18/25

10:30 Brunch  11:00-12:00 Meeting Agenda 1. Flash devotion Acts 6:5  (5 min) 2. Ministry updates (5 min) 3. Revisit the assimilation team dynamics for future planning.  Issue: we have a poor record of retaining newcomers and helping people commit to Jesus (10 min) 4. Preliminary plan for the Easter and Fall outreach events - dates and format (15 min) 5. Discuss an annual theme and its implementation at Living Faith.  W hat does applying the annual theme look like in worship, small group, and personal life?  Do we want to adopt  HCBC's theme: The Love Of God's Word (Psalm 1:2)?   (15 min) 6. Considering a retreat for the first quarter of 2025.  Ideas include Healthy Church, Small Group Leadership, and revisiting practices of Discipleship Uncomplicated (10 min) On-going request: please let Johnny and Annie know your  travel plans  for coverage coordination.
